CAKE DECORATING: Rudolph

1 Saturday - On 8 December from 9am-2pm

This class has been CANCELLED. Learn to make this cute Rudolph cake for Christmas, learn to split , fill and cover in ganache, pipe the cute curls and decorate with Holly and a shiny nose.Class size limited to 8 students. Students need to bring a cake and cake board.

This will encompass both traditional ‘washoku’ cuisine, ‘yoshoku’ foreign-influenced Japanese food, and food from Kansai region (Osaka/Kyoto area). Also learn to prepare a variety of boxed meals from cute "kyaraben" to more formal traditional Japanese Cuisine. Bring your chopsticks, and a container to take leftovers home in.

The Persian Sweets Workshop provides a unique and enjoyable baking experience which brings the sweets of the exotic East to New Zealand. We will teach you to bake two popular Persian sweets and you will get a chance to try eight more different sweets.
