4 Tuesday nights - Starts on 4 November from 7-9pm

Learn to prepare a range of delicious Italian dishes, make your own pasta and sauces and an Italian dessert. Please bring a pasta machine if you have one, some will be provided. If you have dietary requirements please contact us to confirm that we can accommodate your needs, before you enrol.

VIETNAMESE COOKING

Tutor/Facilitator: Ha Nguyen
4 Thursday nights - Starts on 9 October from 6-8pm

These dishes can be enjoyed for any meal and will be taught by a Vietnamese chef with a passion for authentic cooking. The menu will include dishes such as savoury pancakes, wraps, rolls noodle soups and rice noodle salads. (This course is not suitable for vegetarians)

Fees: NZ$140 - Includes Ingredients, bring a container to take food samples home

VIETNAMESE COOKING - More Tastes

Tutor/Facilitator: Ha Nguyen
4 Thursday evenings - Starts on 6 November from 6 - 8pm

This course will include different recipes to the Vietnamese Cooking course. Dishes will depend on seasonal availability of ingredients but likely to be lemongrass chicken rice, salad, beef PHO, new wraps and rolls.

Fees: NZ$140 - fee includes ingredients, bring a container to take food samples home
