Mercedes Godinez

I started training in 2006 with well respected teachers in New Zealand and overseas. I competed in the national competitions within the first year of training. Since then, I competed internationally and nationally for 5 years representing New Zealand at the Oceania Wushu Competitions and the Australian Wushu competitions. I have won Gold, Silver and Bronze medals in a number of different events. Currently, still training and researching in the arts at its higher levels. I have been teaching Tai Chi since 2011.

EASY TAI CHI: Daytime
8 Tuesday mornings - Starts 12 February from 10-11am

Tai Chi is an exercise that is effortless and fun for your body and mind. This is an art and an exercise that the Chinese have been practicing to keep healthy, flexible, balanced, active, sociable and youthful. This class is most suited for SENIOR CITIZENS and will be held at the Tawa Community Centre.

TAI CHI KUNGFU FAN
8 Tuesday nights - Starts on 12 February from 7:45-8:45pm

Taichi is an exciting, fun, exercise for your body and mind.This is the art and exercise that the Chinese have been practicing to keep healthy. flexible, balanced, active,sociable and youthful. For those who have attended Tai Chi before this is an opportunity to extend your skills and knowledge.
