Manjula Patel

Manjula Patel has been cooking for 25 years.

She was born in Nairobi, East Africa and moved to England at the age of nine.

Although she was raised in an Indian community, she developed a passion for cooking through being expose to many different cultures.

Being an outgoing person, she loves entertaining friends and family, and brings a positive attitude to all her classes.

Make quick nutritious meals with heaps of flavour. Recipes include Spicy Gobi Bhajis (fried cauliflower) Madras Chicken curry( rich coconut curry) Different Dhals and Breads for any occasion

INDIAN COOKING: WRAPS & ROLLS
4 Monday nights - Starts on 2 August from 7-9pm

Suitable for both vegetarians and meat eaters, these versatile wraps are easy-to-make and are great for lunches, barbecues or finger foods at parties.

INDIAN STREET FOOD:
4 Mondays - Starts on 29 August from 7pm-9pm

Create a range of delicious and nutritious finger food dishes that you would find being sold by street vendors in India. Examples are Spicy Allo Tikki (potato cakes) Vegetables sausages ( spicy crispy mixed vegetables Cocktail Samosas ( tender chicken wrapped spring roll) Corn Baskets (sweet corn , capsicum onion in bread baskets)
