All ingredients are provided as are recipes and detailed handouts to take away with you. Bring an apron, a dishcloth, 3 or 4 tea towels, a pen to take notes and a 2 litre container and plastic re-sealable food bags to take your cheese home.
During the workshop, the following topics will also be covered: Milk and where to source it, hygiene and sanitation, equipment required and the origins of the cheeses you are about to make. You will also receive comprehensive instruction on how to mature your Brie cheese over the next few weeks.
A small break will be provided and you will have the opportunity to purchase equipment and cheese making ingredients after the workshop should you wish to replicate the experience at home.

Refund requests must be made in writing to the Co-ordinator. Prior to the course commencing, a 20% administration cost will be removed from the refund. No refund will be available 24 hours prior to the course starting or once the course has started. A full refund is available should the Coordinator cancel the course.
