NAVIGATING DEMENTIA: Concerned about a person's memory?
Tutor/Facilitator: Emma Fromings 1 Tuesday night - On 19 June from 7-9pm
This two hour session will cover:
- What is and isn’t dementia
- What to do if you are concerned about changes in memory or thinking
- How to support a family member or friend living with dementia
- The support and resources available from Dementia Wellington and other organisations
Attendees will have knowledge of maintaining brain health, recognising signs of cognitive impairment, knowledge of dementia, diagnostic process and support for people post diagnosis. Learn about what support structures are available.

Refund requests must be made in writing to the Co-ordinator. Prior to the course commencing, a 20% administration cost will be removed from the refund. No refund will be available 24 hours prior to the course starting or once the course has started. A full refund is available should the Coordinator cancel the course.
