Pilates: Beginner Daytime (Friday)

8 Friday mornings - Starts 20 October from 10-11am

This course is held at Linden Community Centre Pilates is a blend of physical and mental workouts helping you to increase your flexibility and core strength, and improve your posture. The course is suitable for beginners and those who have not done an exercise programme before.

Fees: NZ$75
Fees: NZ$50 - second fitness class in same term
